The 11th Annual Session of the World Public Forum (WPF) "Dialogue of Civilizations" that took place on the island of Rhodes (Greece) on 2–6 October 2013 has come to an end. For the second time the Musical Olympus Foundation organized “Welcome” musical festival within the framework of the Forum. Well-known musical bands from Europe, America, and Africa working in various genres and styles took part in the festival. And the scientific programme of the Forum included “Music and our environments” sessionsupported by the Foundation. President of the Musical Olympus Foundation Irina Nikitina moderated the discussion that gathered leading experts from all over the world.

10th annual concert of the Musical Olympus International Festival will take place in Zurich on 7 October 2013. Traditionally, the venue for the performance will be Tonhalle, one of the city’s best concert halls. Young musicians from Taiwan, Ukraine, and Russia, winners of the most prestigious global musical contests, will take part in the concert.
For the second time the International Musical Olympus Foundation presented young musicians, winners of the most prestigious international musical contests in Baku – to a standing ovation. With the Foundation’s support and within the V Uzeyir Hajibeyli International Festival the young musical elite from the USA, Russia, and Lithuania performed at the Grand Hall of the Magomayev Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall.
Young musicians, prize winners of prestigious international contests from Russia, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, and USA will soon present international Musical Olympus Festival in Baku. Festival concerts will take place on 20, 21 and 22 September 2013 within the framework of the V Uzeyir Hajibeyli International Festival at the Grand Hall of the Magomayev Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall.
Brazilian conductor Tobias Volkmann received audience award of the XVIII international Musical Olympus Festival that took place in St Petersburg from May 21 to June 2. Apart from a silver Easter egg handmade by a famous jeweler Vladimir Mikhailov, Tobias Volkmann will also have a chance to take part at the presentation concerts of the Festival in Switzerland, Germany, and the USA.
