Vasilisa Berzhanskaya was born in Essentuki. Studied at the vocal department of the V. Safonov Stavropol Regional College of Music in Mineralniye Vody city, graduated from the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music (class of Prof. R. Lisitsian)

Vasilisa Berzhanskaya made her debut on stage when she was a student of the musical college. In the season 2011/2012 she worked as a soloist of the North-Caucasian State Philharmonic, and since 2014 she is an invited soloist at the State Primorsky Opera and Ballet Theatre (Vladivostok).

Starting form 2015/2016 season she is an artist of the Bolshoi Theatre Program for Young Singers.

Vasilisa Berzhanskaya has performed with such conductors as Vladimir Fedoseev, Fabio Mastrangelo, Felix Korobov, Alexey Utkin, Evgeny Bushkov, Peter Feranec, Vasiliy Valitov, Anton Lubchenko, Sergey Kondrashev, Zaurbek Ggkaev and others.

In 2015, she took part in the International Musical Olympus Festival in St. Petersburg and the Festival gala concerts in New York (Carnegie Hall), and Zurich (Tonhalle).
