Musical Olympus festival will see its musicians perform September 18 and 21 in the Baku Philharmonics and September 20 in International Mugam Center as part of The Fourth Uzeyir Gadzhibekov International Music Festival. The festival is organized by the Heydar Aliev foundation and the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan.

August 27, 28 and September 1 the participants of Musical Olympus will give their first performances in Rennes, Bretagne’s administrative center. The Brittany Symphony Orchestra (Orchestre Symphonique de Bretagne) will accompany young musicians during the summer musical festival in Rennes.

The Musical Olympus Foundation within the framework of the new project NO BORDERS Festival held a long-awaited concert of Bobby McFerrin and Chick Corea, who have been the two undisputed geniuses of jazz for over several decades. The warm reception inspired the musicians to play several pieces encore and even invite the audience to sing together from the stage.

The 17th International Musical Olympus Festival in St. Petersburg ended with a concert at the Grand Hall of St. Petersburg Academic Philharmonic named after D.D. Shostakovich. The Festival was held in the Northern capital from May 22 to June 3, with 32 young participants from Russia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Hungary, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Greece, the USA, Mexico, Korea, Japan and Singapore. The main program included seven concerts at the best venues of St.Petersburg: the Mariinsky Theatre Concert Hall, St Petersburg State Capella, the Philharmonic Hall and the Hermitage Theatre.
